Item Description: Recognition for retiring Board Member Sandy Martin <br />As has been. the tradition in the past when Board members leave the GLWMO Board, the Board <br />adopts a motion of appreciation for the service the board. member has provided and a certificate is <br />drafted by the. staff. <br />Board member Martin was appointed to the board by the Shoreview City Council in 1990. A <br />certificate of appreciation will be sent to Sandy to commemorate her service to the board. <br />RECOMMENDED BOARD ACTION: <br />Adoption of a motion in appreciation for service on the GLWMO board for retiring member <br />Sandy Martin. <br />
