They include the reconstruction and installation of eater main in <br />Reiland Lane and tho reconstruction o£ Churchill Street, Churchill <br />Place and Amble Drive. <br />The Churchi'' Street area includes the removal of the existing road <br />surface and ~.~~derlying materials and then reconstructing a new section <br />of roadtiay with concrete curb and gutter. Utilities are currently in- <br />place throughout this neighborhood. <br />The other project proposed by the City is the reconstruction and <br />installation of water main in Reiland Lane and Lake Point Court. A <br />public bearing is planned for February 6, 1995. Currently Reiland <br />Lane does not have curb and gutter and varies from 17! to 20' in width. <br />The proposed roadway width is 2~+' wide with concrete curb and gutter. <br />Water main will be installed as part of the proposed project throughout <br />the length of the 0.8 mile long street. ®storm sewer system consisting <br />of catch basins, pipe and sediment traps or ponds is proposed. The <br />southerly portion of the roadway is proposed to drain. to a sediment <br />basin located on City of Shoreview and Ramsey County property prior rQ <br />discharge into Snail Lake. The rarnaining northerly portion s~~ the <br />roadway does not have available land for a sedi.meat pond so i is <br />proposed to install catch basin sumps and/or sediment traps adjacent to <br />the catch basins throughout the northerly part of Reiland Lane. <br />I8 IN A E 1iEC~NSTRUCTIQN <br />This project started this past swnmer and is essentially come ~}e except <br />£or the final wear course and landscaping. <br />Y DS <br />Oppidan Investment Company has received planned Unit Development <br />Approval for the con~Ctruction of a Rainbow Pooda at the corner of <br />Highways 49 and 96. The proposal will include the filling of 28,2p0 <br />s.f. of wetlands which will be mitigated for at a 1:1 ratio. The <br />proposal also includes the construction of a sediment pond to control. <br />runoff and to pre-treat runoff prior to discharge into an existing <br />wetland area. <br />P.02i03 <br />
