Organizational Items <br />A-1 Martin moved. the approval of the minutes for. the meeting on July 28, .1994. Roberts <br />seconded. Ayes; Martin, Roberts, Meyer, Smith: Nays: None:. Abstain: ,Olson: <br />A 2 Staf~'reports on pending matters. <br />1. Keel of Roseville reported on new.. developments within Roseville affecting the <br />GLWN10 including the SchooLDistrict property redevelopment at <br />Owasso/Western/bale, the proposed Roseville Shoreland, Wetland, and <br />Stormwater Management .Ordinance, :and the Lake Owasso School ball fields <br />and parking lot. Meyer would like copy of the proposed shoreland .ordinance. <br />The Board discussed the importance of the school district property_project and <br />agreed that a special meeting maybe necessary to review development <br />proposals. Keel agreed to forward .plans to`the Board as they are submitted to <br />the City. The Board directed. staff to forward the Board's concern regarding the <br />redevelopment of the school district property to .the City Council. <br />The board discussed the differences between Shoreview's and Roseville's <br />shoreland ordinances.. Keel. noted that the major differences include: <br />- Roseville's minimum setback from lakes is 75' rather than the 50' setback <br />required in Shoreview. <br />l <br />
