Each local <br />government unit within the project area must have its local water management plan adopted <br />and. determined to be consistent with the watershed plan by the watershed management <br />organization. Technical and educational projects not sponsored by a local unit of government will be <br />cxempt from this requirement. Not completing this action of the grant proposal will be reason to disqualify project from <br />consideration for a grant. <br />E-8 <br />
