C. Letters and General Information <br />C-1 The Board reviewed the following letters received by the GLWMO since the last <br />meeting: <br />1. Memo to Karl Keel from Steve North-appointment to GLWMO Technical <br />Advisory Committee for 1995. <br />2. Letter to Brad Oren from Peter Leete-DNR rules regarding replacement of <br />boathouse foundations. <br />3. Letter to Mark Lobermeier from Molly Shodeen-requirement of DNR permit. <br />C-2 The Board reviewed the following letters sent by the GLWMO since the last meeting: <br />1. Letter from Mark Lobermeier, SEH-notice of lake planning meeting. <br />2. Letter to Mark Lobermeier, SEH, from Karl Keel-authorization for <br />preparation of plans and specifications for the American Legion Park pond <br />project. <br />3. Letter to Mark Lobermeier, SEH, from Karl Keel-authorization for lake <br />planning services. <br />D. REPORTS <br />D-1 Lobermeier introduced Marty Rye of Short, Elliott, Hendrickson. Rye will be replace <br />Lobermeier as the primary SEH contact representing the GLWMO. This will be to <br />provide more timely service at a more affordable rate. <br />Lobermeier introduced Wayne Jacobson. Jacobson is the main SEH staff member <br />working in the 12ke water quality planning project. <br />Mark Lobenmeier, engineering consultant, summarized the information contained in <br />the quarterly consultant report. The following items were discussed: <br />1. SWIyIl~i Model Calibration/Model Verification. <br />Major conclusions: <br />- The GLWMO XP-SWMM simulation is at the cutting edge of BMP modeling <br />in the country. <br />- The Snail Lake loadings are nearly twice those originally predicted. <br />4 <br />
