Tschida development-Western Avenue/South Owasso Boulevard <br />The Roseville City Council recently approved a subdivision request for the installation of <br />eight new lots immediately east of Western Avenue and south of South Owasso Boulevard. <br />This new subdivision will be served from a new cul-dersac to be extended from Farrington <br />Street. Stormwater from the new subdivision will be controlled via a new storm sewer and <br />ponding system. The approved plan meets all the requirements of the City's and Crrass <br />Lake's plans. <br />
