Victoria Street Reconstruction <br />Reconstruction of Victoria Street, from County Road F to Lexington Avenue is ,°~ <br />essentiall com leted. Highway 96 Reconstruction <br />.Ramsey County is proceeding with final .plans and specifications for the reconstruction <br />of Highway 96 from .Lexington Avenue to Mackubin Street. This work is scheduled to <br />begin in the spring of :1997 and is expected to take one full construction season.. Final, <br />detailed storm drainage design is being developed at this time and will ultimately <br />conform to all applicable standards of the City of Shoreview and/or GLWMO. <br />Generally it is the Ramsey County's intention to .treat all storm drainage from the project <br />area to NURP standards prior to its eventual overflow to .Snail Lake, Lake Martha and <br />other minor wetlands that have been identified. <br />c. Horseshoe Drive <br />A meeting with the residents was held on October 17 to review and receive feedback <br />regarding assumptions in the feasibility report. As a result of the meeting, a storm sewer <br />detention pond will be re-evaluated and street lights will be considered in a couple'of <br />locations. The feasibility report is scheduled to be brought to the Council on November <br />4, 1996. <br />2. New developments/projects-within Roseville affecting the GLWMO: <br />Attached is a report. from Karl Keel describing the new developments and. projects <br />that affect the GLWMO. <br />
