Qwasso Street Reconstruction -Most of the field data for the feasibility study has been collected. <br />A right-of--way acquisition firm will be retained to address the necessary purchase of property <br />adjacent to the realigned roadway. Completion of the Feasibility Report is scheduled for <br />February, 1997. <br />e. <br />Shoreview Woods -The developer, Bob Moser, has submitted an erosion control plan, Final Plat, <br />and plans fora 22-lot residential development adjacent to Snail Lake. To date, specifications <br />-, have not been received. The Erosion Control Plan is currently under review by Ramsey Soil and <br />'~® Water Conservation District and City staff. A copy of the plan is included in the correspondence <br />portion of this information package. <br />New developments/projects within Roseville affecting the GLWMO: <br />Attached is a report from Karl Keel describing the new developments and projects <br />that affect the GLWMO. <br />
