The Council would consider the proposed amended ordinance and other
recommendations at a subsequent meeting.
3. Discussions would occur with the City of Shoreview to work out any differences in
the two ordinances and to prepare a Joint Powers Agreement for consideration by
both cities.
Attachments
• Task Force Charge
• Summary of discussion with City Attorney
• Summary of discussion with Lake Safety and Enforcement Panel
• Summary of discussion with the Environmental Panel
• City of Roseville ordinance regarding use and regulation of public waters
• City of Shoreview ordinance relating to boat safety regulation
Other Considerations
Attached is a memo from the Lake Josephine Improvement Association Co-chairs
requesting certain actions by the cities of Roseville and Arden Hills.
