All offer terms and conditions of the permit shall remain in effect. <br />In addition, no activity affecting the bed of the protected water may be conducted between April 1 and June 30, <br />to mulurii7_e impacts on fish spawning and migration. If work during this time is essential, it shall be done only <br />upon written approval of the Area Fisheries Manager, at 612-772-7950. <br />The project involved excavation in the bed of Lake Owasso for the development of a beach. The site is located <br />in Section 36, T30N-R23W. Please notify us when the project is complete, and submit any as-built survey (if <br />applicable) or photos of the project you. may have available. <br />Every attempt should be made to complete this project within the time frame authorized under this permit. Permit <br />No. 90-6185 will not be extended again.
