The study and any <br />recommendations are to be reported to the appropriate <br />committees of the Legislature by June 30, 1997. <br />The most vital questions driving the study are: <br />® What is really happening now? What kinds of <br />wetland impacts and restorations are occurring in the <br />state wetland banking system?
