Item Description: Staff reports on pending matters ~ ~ ::
Page 2
d. Shoreview Woods
Staff and consultants continue to inspect the 22-unit residential development. The
erosion control facilities performed well during .the recent storms. Only one minor break
in the Gilt fence allowed sediment to leave the project site. The. sediment was recovered
and corrections were made. The developer/contractors have generally been very
responsive to issues regarding erosion control and neighborhood concerns.
e. Fencing at the
approaches is nearly completed and the fencing on the bridge is beginning. Staff is also working with our consultant and MN/DOT to complete a supplemental
trail connection under the railroad bridge as approved by the Council. Plans have been
completed and tentatively approved at MN/DOT.
