That the Village of Roseville does hereby' reserve a perpetual easement over, upon, across and under all such vacated streets for public utility and drainage purposes. 3. That a copy of this resolution, duly certified by the Village Clerk be forwith filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota in accordance with the provisions of Section 117.19 of the Minnesota statutes. The Village Clerk of the Village of Roseville is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota.
