CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order by President Roger Lake. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Motion: Paul Ellefson moved, Roger Lake seconded, to approve the minutes of May 6, 1998. <br />The motion was carried. <br />3 . APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Motion: Jack Frost moved, Paul Ellefson seconded, to approved the agenda as presented. <br />4. PERMIT APPLICATIONS <br />Permit 98-25: Hermanson Dental -Maplewood <br />John Anderson requested a minor change to Special Provision No. 3 relative to the size of pipe to <br />be used if replacement is required. <br />Motion: Bob Johnson moved, seconded by Roger Lake, to approve Permit 98-25, as amended. <br />The motion was carried. <br />Permit 98-26: West Frontage Road -Woodbury <br />Motion: Paul Ellefson moved, Bob Johnson seconded, to approve Permit 98-26. The motion was <br />carried. <br />5. ST. PAUL NEC NATIVE HABITAT RESTORATION PROJECT <br />Shelley Shreffler, the Natural Resources Program Manager for the St. Paul Neighborhood Energy <br />Consortium, was present to discuss their plans to expand homeowner native habitat education <br />programs within the District. Earlier in the application process, Cliff Aichinger had written a letter <br />of support, citing its consistency with the District's goals to reduce non-point source pollution, as <br />well as its native habitat. improvement and integrated resource management approaches. In <br />addition, he noted that it will further the District's public education goals. <br />
