The area of the channel has a cattail fringe of approximately 150'. With our counsel the <br />Overbye's are proposing to construct a 70' long permanent dock on old dredge spoils continued with an 105' long <br />seasonal dock. Sand will be placed 15' along the shore and 25' toward the center of the lake along the last 25' of <br />the seasonal dock. On the other side of the dock the Overbye's are proposing to dredge 3 boatslips for a pontoon <br />boat, a sailboat and a large canoe -extending 90' toward the shore with a 15' wide bottom width. The spoils will be <br />placed in the yard.
