If not, identify as a problem to be addressed, or revise the goal accordingly. 1.4 Identify alternatives and remedies 1.4.1 Identify remedies or alternatives for those resources where predictions show the resource will be unable to meet the established goals. Alternatives evaluation will be included as a WMP implementation activity. 1.4.2 Describe implementation strategies, priorities, etc. to achieve the established goals (note: cost, schedule and financing will be presented in the CIP). Task'2.®--~ ace water management. The Board wishes to address issues and problems associated with intercommunity and other trunk conveyance systems, and with the quality of non-point runoff. This task will identify existing or potential surface water management issues of flow rate or runoff quality, and propose strategies for addressing the issues. 2.1 Inventory surface water management issues 2.1.1 Identify and map areas with perceived problems of erosion, flooding, water quality, access, or with other unresolved issues. 2_I.2 Identify and mad any potential or e~istinb nnresol~red intereom:nunity flow issues 2.2 Develop Goals and policies pertaining to inventoried surface water management issues, and for the use of BMP's. 2.3 Develop implementation strategies for addressing inventoried surface water management issues. Task 3.®--]E$.edevelopent. The Managers wish to be proactive in areas where redevelopment will most likely impact the management of water resources within the planning window. This task will identify and prioritize such areas, and seek to minimize impacts from redevelopment and identify opportunities to improve water quality. 3.1 Develop generalized maps of existing and future land use. GLWMO to provide ArcView files; minimal editing to be done by Barr. 3.2 Identify community redevelopment areas, and related water resource issues. 3.3 Identify public infrastructure redevelopment areas, and related water resource issues. 3.4 Establish goals and policies pertaining to redevelopment planning. 3.5 Identify proactive activities and initiatives intended to minimize the water quality or other water management impacts of redevelopment. Task 4.®•- blic ormation and Participation Strategies. The Managers wish to use existing public commissions and committees as advisory groups during WMP preparation, and WMP implementation.
