RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SIGNATURE OF BOARD OF WATER AND SOIL RESOURCES WATERSHED MANAGEMENT PLAN GRANT DOCUMENTS WEE AS, the State of Minnesota, acting by and through its Board of Water and Soil Resources ("BWSR"), has authority to award grants to the seven county metropolitan area watershed management organizations pursuant to Minn. Stat. §103B.3369, Subd. 5 (1995); and VV~E AS, BWSR has made $15,600 in state grant funds available to the Grass Lake Watershed Management Organization to assist in the development of its second generation watershed management plan; and AS, the terms of the State Grant require the Grass Lake Watershed Management Organization to contribute matching funds and in-kind goods and services to equal $15,600; and WEE AS, the Board of Water and Soil Resources has established a priority review schedule for submittal of second generation watershed management plans.
