REPORTS <br />C-1 The Board discussed the five RFQs received from area consultants to prepare GLWMO's 2"~ <br />Generation Watershed Management Organization Plan. Following a review of potential <br />selection criteria and procedures, the Board agreed to meet at 5:00 on Thursday February 4, <br />1999 at the Roseville City Hall to continue the selection process. Prior to the meeting, each <br />Board member and Staff are to develop a scoring system, rank each firm ir. order of preference <br />and be prepared to support their recommendations. At the February 4, 1999 meeting, all <br />rankings will be reviewed. If appropriate, a final consultant selection will be made. If <br />additional information is required, references and/or interviews may be arranged. <br />
