Contracts. Water Conveyances. The Board may order any City, <br />governmental unit or units to construct, clean, repair, alter, abandon, <br />consolidate, reclaim or change the course of terminus of any ditch, drain, <br />storm sewer, water course, natural or artificial, that affects the Grass Lake <br />Watershed in accordance with adopted plans. <br />Subdivision 18. Watershed Operations. The Board may order any City to <br />acquire, operate, construct or maintain dams, dikes, reservoirs and appur- <br />tenant works in accordance with adopted plans. <br />-11- <br />
