Said <br />resolutions shall be filed with the Roseville City Engineer who shall notify <br />each City in writing of its effective date. <br />SEC`1'ION IX <br />ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING <br />After notice of the effective date has been issued a date will be set for <br />the Board's first irn.~ting. Said first meeting shall take place at <br />The City of Roseville/2660 Civic Center Drive/Roseville,on <br />Minnesota <br />the third Thursday of the month that occurs following a lapse of thirty (30) <br />days after the effective date of the Agreement. <br />-14- <br />
