Each City agrees to be bound by the terms or this <br />agreement, and it may be continued thereafter at the option of the Cities. <br />Subdivision 2. This agreement m~~y tx~ terminatc~c3 prior to rh~~ Eirst d.~y <br />- - of January, 1995, by mutual consent of the Cities. <br />-- Subdivis-ion 3. Any City may petition the Board to dissolve the Organiza- <br />- -tion. The board- shall hold a hearing preceded by thirty (30} days' ~.,rritten <br />- notice to the Clerks of each City. Upon a favorable vote by two-thirds (2/3) <br />of the-entire Board, the Board may recommend that the Organization be dis- <br />solved. Such recommendation shall be sutmitted to each City and, if ratified <br />by each City Council within sixty (60) days, the Organization shall be <br />dissolved following a reasonable time to complete the work in progress and to <br />dispose of the assets of the Organization. <br />-13- <br />
