In the end, however, both Cities will have equal representation. <br />Traditionally, little citizen interest has been shown in GLWMO Board positions. In recent years, <br />multiple solicitations were required to obtain the necessary number of members. In 2000, staff is <br />recommending that Jim Stark be re-appointed for a term to expire in 2002. The current request <br />to re-appoint Jim Stark is in keeping with the Council's policy for appointments since Jim has <br />not served 2 consecutive terms and has an excellent attendance and participation record. <br />
