The memo poses <br />specific questions that need Board direction. <br />The main topic of the meeting is to discuss the draft Executive Summary. Over the past months, the <br />Board has received drafts the bulk of the main plan. Barr Engineering is in the process of finalizing <br />earlier information and would like to receive any additional Board comments.
