Ike received a <br />l~.S. in Communications and Wildlife and an 11/i.A. in <br />Education from the University of Minnesota. The session <br />S <br />lasted nearly three weeks longer than <br />the original target date for adjourn- <br />meat. host of that extra time was <br />spent by both houses of the legislature <br />posturing and negotiating on the total <br />dollars available to either give back to <br />taxpayers or spend on programs. In <br />the end, the three-way split of available <br />funds between the Mouse, Senate and <br />Governor helped bring the session to <br />an end. <br />Legislative Session wrap-up -see page 3. <br /> <br />
