The location of the hearing is the Roseville city council chambers at 2660 <br />Civic Center Drive, Roseville. The purpose of the hearing is to provide the public with information <br />regarding the draft plan, discuss comments received on the draft plan, and provide the opportunity for <br />public comment on the draft plan. Plan reviewers are also encouraged to attend the hearing. <br />The GLWMO Board thanks all the commenters for taking the time to review and provide comment on the <br />draft GLWMO plan. After the >~ebruary 8th public hearing, the GLWMO plan will be revised as proposed <br />in this memorandum and in response to comments received at the hearing. The revised plan will then be <br />submitted to BWSR, the Met Council, and the state review agencies fora 45 day review. See my October <br />12`x' memorandum for more information re~ardin~ the review process. <br />The remainder of this memorandum presents the reviewers' comments (paraphrased) and the GLWMO <br />Board's responses to the comments, organized according to various topic areas. The reviewers' comments <br />are identified according to either the numbering system in their letter or a handwritten numbering system <br />added to the letter.
