Evaluation and Accountability of GLWMO and the Member Cities Reviewer Comments: Reviewer Location(s) in Comment Comments Letter BWSR Items circled "1" The BWSR notes that the implementation tasks on pages 5- 27 and 5-28 (Section 5.10) of the GLWMO plan do not con-espond to the list in Table 5-I0. Table 5-10 should be in a "checklist" format. The BWSR letter contains suggestions for additional checklist items for the "report card," including detailed maintenance schedules, public involvement, grading of shoreline quality, buffers adjacent to public land, flow data collection, etc, The BWSR questions "on what specific date would municipal evaluation standards take effect?" The BWSR suggests that the GLWMO plan include a narrative of past accomplishments. The BWSR recommends that the GLWMO review and update its implementation tasks annually (or biennially) rather than every 10 years. MPCA Items circled "1" The MPCA questions specifically what the GLWMO requires the cities to do versus what the GLWMO will do. Met Council Items circled "1" The Met Council suggests that the GLWMO consider starting a permit or review program, to help ensure that the GLWMO has some oversight or input into local programs, etc.
