CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order by President Lake at 6:30 p.m. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Motion: Moved by Jack Frost, seconded by Bob Johnson, to approve the May 2, 2001, minutes. The <br />motion carried. <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Motion: Moved by Jack Frost, seconded by Bob Johnson, to approve the agenda as submitted. The <br />motion carried. <br />4. PERMIT APPLICATIONS <br />Permit 01-09: The Gardens -Maplewood <br />The applicant has also requested exemption for an incidentally created wetland.. <br />Motion: Paul Ellefson moved., seconded by Bab Johnson, to approve Permit #01-09 and the wetland <br />exemption. Motion carried. <br />Permit 01-20: Rosoto Senior Housing -Maplewood <br />Construction on this site began without obtaining a District grading permit. <br />Motion: Bob Johnson moved, Paul Ellefson seconded, to approve Permit #O1-20. Motion carried. <br />Permit 01-21: Woodlane Turnlane -Woodbury <br />The applicant has also requested an exemption to fill 328 square feet of wetland. Cliff Aichinger <br />pointed out that since the purpose of the project is to facilitate traffic, it would also be exempt if applied <br />under the state mitigation program. <br />
