CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order by President Lake at 6:30 p.m. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Motion: Moved by Bob Johnson, seconded by Roger Lake, to approve the minutes of January 2, 2002, <br />and the special meeting minutes of January 22, 2002. The motion carried. <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />No changes were made to the agenda as presented. <br />4. PERMIT APPLICATIONS <br />Permit 02-06: WCA Permit for Battle Creek Lake Area Water Mamt Project on ABI Property -Oakdale <br />Motion: Jack Frost moved, Roger Lake seconded, to approve Permit #02-06. Motion carried. <br />Monthl~Enforcement Report <br />No violations were issued during January. <br />Ongoing WCA enforcement activities: The City of Maplewood. has decided not to pursue easements <br />from property owners who are responsible for wetland impact that occurred on two properties located at <br />the junction of Edgerton Road and Ripley Avenue in Maplewood. City and District staff will meet to <br />discuss the best way to proceed with the wetland mitigation issues. <br />5. PROJECT STATUS REPORTS <br />CIP Maintenance/Repairs 2002 <br />Pursuant to the Board's action at the January 22, 2002, special meeting to re-bid the project, Brad <br />Lindaman distributed a tabulation. of six bids received at today's bid opening. Jay Bros. Inc. is the <br />apparent low bidder at $308,191.25. A preconstruction meeting is planned for Monday, with start of <br />construction possible on February 13. <br />
