CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order by President Lake at 6:30 p.m. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Motion: Moved by Bob Johnson, seconded by Roger Lake, to approve the minutes of December 5, <br />2001. The motion carried. <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />No changes were made to the agenda as presented. <br />4. PERMIT APPLICATIONS <br />Permit 02-01; Carefree Villas Four -Maplewood <br />Motion: Bob Johnson moved, Roger Lake seconded, to approve Permit #OZ-Ol. Motion carried. <br />Permit 02-02; Little Canada Office Park -Little Canada <br />Motion: Bob Johnson moved, Jack Frost seconded, to approve Permit #OZ-02. Motion carried. <br />Permit 02-03; Tinges Office Park -Maplewood <br />Brad: We have received calculations per SP#3 and they are in order <br />Motion: Jack Frost moved, Bob Johnson seconded, to approve Permit #02-03. Motion carried. <br />Monthly Enforcement Report <br />Four notices were issued to address the following violations on permit sites: repair silt fence (3) and <br />sweep streets (1). Ongoing WCA enforcement activities: The City of Maplewood is now considering <br />mitigation in exchange for an easement from the property owners responsible for wetland impact that <br />occurred on two properties located at the junction of Edgerton Road and Ripley Avenue in Maplewood. <br />
