RESOLUTION NO. 434 EXTRACT OF HINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILL~}E OF ROSEVILLF HELD ON APRrL 14, 1961 Pursuant to due notice and call the regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called held at the Village Hall in said Village on April 14, 1961, at 8:00 P. M.
