The terminus of the above described center line is westerly of the west section line of said Section 8 along the north right-of-way line of the Northern Pacific Railway Company right-of-way a distance of 729.0 feet, more or less. The tract of land is approximCltely 865 feet long, 70 feet wide, with an area of about 1.39 acres. That the estate to be acquired in the property described above is in fee simple absolute. That the Village Attorney be and hereby is instructed to commence condemnation proceedings to include the property here and above described in the name of and in behalf of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, to acouire Us property herein above describedmder the statutes of the State of 1'1L.'1nesota and the said attorney is further instructed and direct- ed to take such steps as nay be necessary to carry said proceedings to a conclusion.
