Insurance Requirements <br />Discussion was held on Tracey Galowitz' 4/29/021etter, in which her poll of area cities and other agencies <br />indicates that the District's insurance liability requirements are higher for similar CIB projects. She offered <br />recommendations to lower some of the District's standard insurance requirements. <br />Motion: Jack Frost moved, Roger Lake seconded, to accept Attorney Galowitz' recommendations to lower <br />insurance requirements in the District's project specification document as follows: Commercial General <br />Liability coverage for each occurrence shall be lowered to $1,000,000, Excess Liability Each Occurrence <br />shall be lowered to $1,000,000, and Excess Liability Aggregate shall be lowered to $2,000,000. Motion <br />carried. <br />6. ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />Other Information <br />Board members asked staff to pursue the study of lot level runoff issues as described in the May/June 2002 <br />issue of Stormwater magazine article, "Take Me Out to the Carwash: Successful Residential and <br />Community-Based Nonpoini-Source Pollution Prevention." <br />Website Update <br />Cliff stated that he recommends switching to a new website provider, based on a quotation received from <br />govoffice.com, which is offered through the League of Minnesota Cities. <br />7. TREASURERS REPORT AND BILL LIST <br />Motion: Bob Johnson moved, Roger Lake seconded, to approve the BiII List and also the Supplemental <br />Bill List for May 1, 2002. Motion carried. <br />8. SPECIAL ORDERS <br />Well Sealing Resolution No. OZ-04 <br />Motion: Roger Lake moved, Paul Ellefson seconded, to adopt Resolution No. 02-04 to approve cost share <br />funding for two well sealing program applications. Motion carried. <br />9. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion: Bob Johnson moved, seconded by Pam Skinner, to adjourn the meeting.
