CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order by President Lake at 7:30 p.m. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Roger Lake requested a correction to the May 1, 2002, minutes. The "Other Information" paragraph under <br />Item 6, Administrator's Report, on Page 4 should be replaced in its entirety as follows: <br />Roger Lake asked staff to find other statements with contrasting viewpoints concerning the content <br />of the May/June 2002 issue of Stormwater magazine article, "Take Me Out to the Carwash: <br />Successful Residential and Community-Based Nonpoint-Source Pollution Prevention." The purpose <br />is to find, assess, and present the range of scientific information on this particular topic in order to <br />determine what action, if any, may be appropriate. <br />Motion: Moved by Roger Lake, seconded by Bob Johnson, to approve the minutes of May 1, 2002, as <br />amended. The motion carried. <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />No changes were made to the agenda as presented. <br />4. PERMIT APPLICATIONS <br />Permit 02-26: Little Canada 2002 Street Improvements -Little Canada <br />Motion: Jack Frost moved, Bob Johnson seconded, to approve Permit #02-26. Motion carried. <br />Permit 02-28; S. P. Richards Warehouse Addition -Maplewood <br />Motion: Roger Lake moved, Bob Johnson seconded, to approve Permit #02-28. During discussion of the <br />motion., Jack Frost offered a friendly amendment to require that silt fence material be installed at the outlet for <br />temporary sediment control instead of hay bales. Roger Lake and Bob Johnson agreed to the friendly <br />amendment, and the motion carried. <br />Permit 02-29: 3M Corporate Data Center -Maplewood <br />Motion: Bob Johnson moved, Roger Lake seconded, to approve Permit #02-29. Motion tamed. <br />
