/ STATE OF HINNESOTA DISTRICT COURT COUNTY OF RAIVISEY SECOND JUDI CIAL Dr STRICT In the Matter of the Application of the State of IVIinnesota for judgement for delinquent real estate taxes in the County of Hamsey for the year 1956 ORDER File No. 302054 (Roselawn Cemetery) The Above entitled matter now having been heard by the Minnesota Su- preme Court which has resolved the issues involved herein in favor of the taxpayer and it appearing to the Court that the assessment involved herein having been certified to the Ramsey Count;yr iud:Ltor 2nd properly extended upon the tax rolls of Ramsey County indicates the total assessment in the amount of *~i301. 74 against the defendant, Roselawn Cemetery Association, which total assessment benring interest at the rate of 5% wa.s payable in the following installments for the following years: 1956 $160.35 1957 116.25 1958 112.24 1959 108.23 1960 104.22 1961 100.21 1962 96.21 1963 92.20 1964 88.19 1965 84.22 and the Court being advised that said installments had been spread accord- ingto law and are now at various stapes of the required collection proceed- ings, Upon motion of William B. Randall, County Attorney, and Gernld E. Rutman, Assistant County Attorney, in Court and based upon all the files, records, and proceedings herein, IT IS HEREBY OHDEmD: 1. That the Ramsey County Auditor, Treasurer, and Clerk of the Dis- trict Court strike and delete from any and all pertinent records the assess- ments referred to hereinabove insofar as they relate to t?X years for which collection proceedings have not yet co'nmenced; 2. That any proceedings which have commenced pursuant ot statutory authority relating to the collection of any of the installments set forth hereinabove may be and hereby are dismissed.
