All property owners in the District~ay a proportional share of the District's expenses based on the value of their property. The District's tax levy is a portion of the amount listed on the property tax statement under "Other Taxing Authorities." The following graphs and tables indicate the annual Ci6 budget amounts and the General Fund expenses and income by type for 2002. The General Fund and CIB expens- es for the District in 2002 totaled $2,425,276. This total reflects General Fund expenses of $1,601,540, debt service expenses. of $89,059, and CiB expenses of $734,677. Total rev- enues-.for 2002 were $3,038,113.
