It was suggested that the next meeting be held in the <br />Shoreview Council Chambers, and to have a live web demo available for discussion. <br />ShoReview <br />Request for an article in the FalUWinter edition of the ShoReview that would include <br />general information about GLWMO and a map, <br />Map <br />There was consensus supporting a "$300 to $400" future expenditure for a large (3'x4') <br />mounted map for reference during the meetings. Map could be based on an aerial photo, <br />and show jurisdictional boundaries. Maloney indicated that he would contact Barr <br />Engineering to see if the mapping prepared for the plan update could be adapted for such <br />an application. <br />Outreach <br />It was suggested that the topic of networking, outreach and communication with other <br />similar organizations be discussed at the next meeting. <br />Work Program Revisions <br />The following changes were suggested for the work. program: <br />Aesthetic and Habitat Monitoring -Put on October meeting agenda for implementation <br />in 2004. <br />Consider reclassification of Grass Lake at October meeting. <br />Grass Lake overflow survey should be moved to 2003. <br />Charlie Pond sediment removal in 2004. ~-- Ct~v.l~ ~ ~~~ ~~~~` ~ rt~c ~_ <br />These proposed changes will be discussed at the next meeting.
