Since there
have been no problems with this General Permit over the past five years, I am extending the
permit for another five years, or until September 30, 2010. The purpose of the permit is to more
easily and quickly authorize pumping for flood protection and stormwater pond maintenance.
I have updated and reprinted the permit, project notification form, and water use fee reporting
form for your information and use.
Hopefully, the attached information will be self-explanatory. If you have any questions or
concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me or your Area Hydrologist at 651-772-7910.
Sincerely,
e
Dale E.
