4. If `whole lake' treatment methods are approved by the <br />DNR, the City will make annual contributions over the <br />life of the treatment to the maximum funding available <br />for that specific lake. For example, if a treatment with <br />fluridone (Sonar) is thought to be effective for a period of <br />up to five years, then for each of the five years, the City <br />annually will contribute that lake's share (20%) of the <br />amount budgeted. <br />5.
