The City will <br />require additional information. to process your permit as follows: <br />• A licensed Engineer with the State of Minnesota needs to design the proposed wall on the <br />east. side of your development. The City requires retaining walls over four feet in height <br />be designed by an Engineer. <br />• .The City requires a seed mix design be submitted for our records on the slope area for the <br />stabilization. The City recommends that rye or oats be planted with this mixture to <br />quickly vegetate a portion of the disturbed area. <br />® The amount of fill being placed on the site. <br />The $1,000.00 cash security to the City as a means of ensuring that the erosion control. stays <br />installed and is functional until the site is established. The City will return any remaining <br />securities upon review of final stabilization. Maintenance of the erosion control silt fence must be <br />maintained. during the project to protect the existing wetland adjacent to the project. <br />Please submit the above-noted. information so we can further review your permit application.
