The <br />discussion should include an update of the data obtained via the runoff monitoring stations <br />around Lake Owasso, the status of a proposed Lake User Survey (copy included) and formal <br />execution of the Agreement for Diagnostic-Feasibility Study of Water Quality Problems and <br />Potential Restorative Measures for Lake Owasso, a copy of which is also included for reference. <br />The elements of this proposed Study have been discussed at length over the past few meetings of <br />the Board, and authorization was given in October 2006 to move forward with the work. <br />Recommended Board Action: <br />The Board should consider acting on the Proposed Lake User Survey and Agreement for the <br />Diagnostic-Feasibility Study so that the work can proceed on the previously established <br />schedule. <br />Move: <br />Second: <br />Ayes: <br />Nays: <br />
