A-4 Scheduled Meeting Dates Stark stated that he would like to see a meeting scheduled in between the regularly scheduled quarterly meetings. Mr. Maloney stated that the Joint Powers Agreement would be reviewed, as it specifically states how actions of the Board are to be voted on and shown in the record. He suggested the regular meetings be for official business with technical work meetings in between. It was the consensus of the Board to approve the dates listed for the regularly scheduled meetings as presented and schedule a work meeting at each regular meeting. The regular meeting dates for 2008 are: January 24, 2008 April 24, 2008 July 24, 2008 October 23, 2008 B.
