CITY OF ROSEVILLE AGREEMENT FOR PRINTING AND MAILING OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY NEWS THIS IS AN AGREEMENT entered into the day of , 2010, by and between the City of Roseville, Minnesota (hereinafter "City"), and Greenhaven Printing, Inc. (hereinafter Greenhaven), with its principal place of business at 4575 Chatsworth Street N, Shoreview, MN 55126. WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the City communicates news of use and import to residents through a bi-monthly resident newsletter, the Roseville City News (hereinafter "Newsletter"); WHEREAS, the City went through a competitive bidding process and selected Greenhaven as the printer that best meets the City's needs for newsletter printing and mailing; WHEREAS, Greenhaven has offered to provide printing and mailing service for three years at a price of $4,690.00 per issue; WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into this Agreement with Greenhaven to provide printing, and mailing services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto do mutually agree as follows: I. Printing Requirements. In consideration for the compensation to be paid pursuant to Article III below, Greenhaven shall provide the following:~er issue of the Newsletter: Personnel RegUirements: Greenhaven shall retain sufficient personnel and equipment to fulfill the requirements and specifications of this agreement. 2. der Requirements: Greenhaven shall print the Newsletter on a six-page l l" x 17" broadsheet with a folded size of 11 ''/o" x 8 '/Z". Greenhaven shall print the Newsletter on paper with a nuniinum of 100% post-consumer recycled content. Mailing Requirements: Greenhaven shall print addresses and prepare 16,700 copies of the Newsletter for pre-sort standard mailing. Upon approval of the Newsletter by the City, Greenhaven shall provide for the mailing of the Newsletters.
