<br />Other Business: <br /> <br />Ethics Update Newsletter: <br />It was agreed that Commissioners Schmidt and Fjelstad would be responsible for the <br />preparation of the next newsle tter. If they choose to pr oduce it on a semi-annual basis, <br />that would be acceptable, but the Commission would encourage a quarterly newsletter. <br /> <br />The Commission discussed the periodic posting of the newsletter on the City Intranet or <br />as an email. <br /> <br />Annual Review of Ethics Code <br />There were no recommendations. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> <br />William J.
