<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council ot the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br /> <br />re Zlllar <br /> <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on <br /> <br />[vlonday <br /> <br />, the <br /> <br />16th <br /> <br />day of December, 1968, at 7:30 o'clock <br /> <br />p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor )'1011, Councilmen Curley, <br />Grauel, Linebar~er rold Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Linebarger <br /> <br />then introduced and moved <br /> <br />the adoption of the fOllowing resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5009 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOJ.JUTION NO. 3026 <br />ANARDING BID FOR IlV"1PROVE~mNT 67-39, <br />PROJECT 1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS pursuant to advertisement for bids according to plans <br /> <br />and specifications relating to Project 1, Improvement 67-39, bids <br /> <br />have been received on July 2, 1968 and Beatson & Kelly having <br /> <br />appeared to be the lowest responsible bidder, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Council of the Village of Roseville on the fifth <br /> <br />day of July, 1968 duly adopted Resolution No. 3026 awarding the <br /> <br />bid for said Project 1, Improvement 67-39 to Beatson & Kelly, and <br />
