<br />WHEREAS it appears that a typographical error had occurred <br /> <br />in the resolution adopted, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of <br /> <br /> <br />the Village of Roseville, Minnesota that Resolution No. 3026, <br /> <br /> <br />Paragraph 1 be amended by striking the figure $52,206.63 and <br /> <br /> <br />inserting in lieu thereof the actual amount of the bid, being <br /> <br /> <br />$53,206.63, said amount having been the actual amount included in <br /> <br /> <br />the bid of the lowest responsible bidder who was awarded the contract <br /> <br /> <br />of improvement by said Resolution No. 3026, and in all other <br /> <br /> <br />respects Resolution No. 3026 is hereby ratified and confirmed and <br /> <br /> <br />that Beatson and Kelly are awarded the contract for project 1, <br /> <br />Improvement 67-39 in the amount of $53,206.63 in accordance with <br /> <br /> <br />the plans and specifications for said project. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Shields <br /> <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> <br />thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
