<br />;/1~ ,j-C)22 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Co~ncil <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, ~linnesota <br />January 20, 1969 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call ana notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was held in the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 20th <br /> <br />day of January, 1969, at 1:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Curley, <br />Councilmen Grauel, Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Mayor Moll <br /> <br />The Acting Village Manager presented an affidavit showing pub- <br /> <br />lication of notice of hearing on proposed Improvement No. 68-13 <br /> <br />in accordance with the resolution adopted November 18, 1968, which <br /> <br />affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was <br /> <br />directed to be filed by the Manager. The Acting Village Manager <br /> <br />also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all <br /> <br />affected property owners, which certificate was examined and found <br /> <br />to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the Manager. <br /> <br />The Mayor then directed the l~nager to read the description <br /> <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improve- <br /> <br />ment and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, ~~ stated in <br />
