<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JANUARY 27, 1969. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on January 27 , 1969, at <br />7: 30 p. m . The following members were pre sent: <br /> <br />Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5029 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following addresses on South Owasso <br />Boulevard contain residences of the Village of Roseville which are <br />not served by a duly dedicated and accepted public street: <br /> <br />313 South Owasso Boulevard <br />317 II II II <br />329 II II II <br />333 " " " <br />337 " " " <br />341 II " II <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the residents of same maintain and operate <br />a private driveway servicing all of the above residences, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS I by rea son of the above, the re sidents are <br />deprived of the benefits of most of the residents of the Village insofar <br />as they are deprived of the benefits of snowplowing which their taxes <br />directly contribute to, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Village to facilitate <br />the above re sidents by extending snowplowing to them to the be st of <br />the Village's ability, but it is the intention of the Village that by the <br />act of plowing the snow, said act is not to be construed by the Village <br />or any parties as in anyway accepting for maintenance the private <br />driveways servicing the above residences. <br />
