NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Village Council declares that the private driveway servicing the above residences on South Owasso Boulevard does not meet the Village specifications and therefor the same cannot be and is not accepted as a public road for maintenance or any other reason by the Village of Roseville. 2. The Public Works Director is hereby instructed and directed to commence plowing snow with Village equipment on the driveways servicing the above residences as long as he deems the same can be done without running an unreasonable risk of damage to Village equipment. 3. The Village Manager is hereby instructed to certify a copy of said Resolution and forward the same to each of the residents above listed with a letter directing that for the foreseeable future and as long as the Village can do it without unreasonable risk the Village will plow snow on said driveway, but the residents should not construe this action in anyway to mean the Village is accepting said driveway as a public street. The Motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the Re solution: All present and the follOWing voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly pa s sed and adopted.
