HELD FEBRUARY 17, 1969. * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meet- ing of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on February 17, 1969, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: MayO]~ :[011, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Lincbarge:r and Shields and the following members were absent: Uone Member tion and moved its adoption: Grauel introduced the following Resolu- RESOLUTION NO. 5049 A RESOLUTION TO ACQUIRE BY EMINENT DOMAIN CERTAIN PROPERTY IN FEE SIMPLE FOR STORM WATER PURPOSES AS A PART OF IMPROVEMENT NO. 67-20. WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville has been advised by competent engineers that it is feasible to construct certain storm water ditches, and to pond and store storm waters for the purpose of collecting and there- after discharging certain storm waters within a certain por- tion of the Village as a part of Storm Sewer Improvement 67-20 of the Village of Roseville, and WHEREAS, it is necessary and expedient that the Village acquire fee simple title across and to certain lands for the above purposes, and WHEREAS, the statutes of the State of Minnesota state that the Village has the power and authority to take and acquire said property by condemnation under the power of eminent domain;
