NOW,. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA. AS FOLLOWS: The Village Council hereby deems it necessary and ex- pedient that the Village acquire fee simple title across the property described as follows: All that part of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 10, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, which lies West of Snelling Curve, (formerly Snelling Avenue) and lying within the following described boundaries: Commencing at a point on the West line of said NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 10, 809.05 feet north of the SW corner of said NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 10, thence at an angle of 920 OS' turned to the right of the West line of said NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 10 a distance of 510 feet, thence NW'ly to a point 300 feet East of the West line of said Section 10, said point ly- ing on a line described as follows: Commencing at a point on the North line of Section 10, Township 29, Range 23, 808.50 feet West of the North quarter corner, thence South and parallel with the North and South quarter line to a point 240.50 feet South of the South line of the Northern Pacific Right-of-Way for a point of beginning, thence in a Westerly direction to a point located on the West line of said Section 10,260.50 feet South of the South line of the Northern Pacific Right-of-way. Thence Westerly along said described line from said point to the West line of said Section 10, thence South along the West line of NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 10, to the point of beginning, excepting State Trunk Highway 51 right-of-way. -2-
